Good resistance, great exercise.

I've been using these a lot over the last year and they have been great for arm-wrestling training on a wrist wrench handle. No signs of wearing out prematurely yet like other bands I've had.

Had for some time now. No complaints. Good product.

I was really impressed with the various resistance bands in this set. I like to pair them up in a variety of ways to achieve the perfect resistance in my workout. The anchors work with hands and feet so I can exercise my core, legs, and arms with these awesome bands. Glad I got em.

I bought the 30-70lb set, when compared to my other set from another brand I feel my older 50lb band still has more resistance then the 70lb band from this set. Also doesn’t seem to “spring” back with equal resistance

I have a home gym with all the bells and whistles. It has support for resistance bands but the gym did not include these. This kit and its accessories are the perfect addition! My wife loves using the resistance bands.

These are great bands… but only one set of handles.. so you will need to always change them to whatever band you need at the time… In my workouts I use a multiple of them.. so changing can be a pain… luckily had extra handles from an old set… So don’t throw away your old bands without keeping those handles from them!!
