These covers can be put on and off without taking off your boots. Also, these covers do not interfere with laces, so I can untie and lace up my boots without taking off the covers. As far as I know this is the only product with this feature. There is a rubber logo on the back of the Velcro, which made it hard for the Velcro to stick (I use US Men’s 9 boots and the rubber comes on top of the curve of my heel). So I removed the rubber logo and since then the covers haven’t come off while skating. So if you have large boots and feel like this product is too short, I recommend removing the rubber. It also makes the covers look aesthetically nicer (no offense to the charity spirit!). As for durability, I have already made an inch cut on the cover when I accidentally stepped on my foot on a failed landing, so I wouldn’t say it is very cut resistant, but it is strong enough that I can still continue using it.

I am very happy with my boot covers. Very high quality. Perfect fit. I’ve worn them on the ice 3 times, and so far so good. I love the fact that I can put them on after I put my skates on. My nieces are small and I wanted something to protect my boots from their blades. For reference, I wear a Jackson figure skate womens size 10.

I really wanted to like these for my roller skates but unfortunately I couldnt. Pros: protective. Cons: picks up all the lint on the ground. (It doesn’t show up that well on camera.) Slides down which is kind of dangerous if it catches your wheel.

I've been skating for almost 14 years now, and I've gone through a good amount of boot covers since they usually wear out quite fast. This is the first I've come across that was good at insulating my toes/foot and reliably stayed in place, but it does still have the problem of being easily damaged by the ice and toe picks (although that's basically impossible to avoid), but they are lasting longer than every other cover I've tried. The holes near the toe all resulted from failed jump attempts (boot was mildly dented, but not scratched), but there is some superficial wearing on the white outside of the cover from sliding/lunges on the ice and weirdly enough from its own Velcro. I've been using these for 2 months now. At any rate I'd highly recommend them if you struggle with frozen toes or are a coach and for general skate protection against slide damage and scratching.

I love the idea of protecting my boots w/ covers, but the Velcro parts on one boot kept catching on the opposite boot making me trip. I still use them for casual practice, but I wouldn’t trust them to hold with a lot of spinning and jumping without having to look down a lot to make sure they’re secured.

I have been really surprise how it fit, good quality and the most important help to save my toes from cold.

Borrowed these when I was traveling, we wanted skate outdoors and all I had were my art skates. I'm now buying a pair for myself. love them. Buying them because I am planning a summer of skating outdoors. My friend actually fell recently while wearing these and they did not completely protect her boot. She tore up these covers and had a minor scrape on her boot. Looks to be easily covered with a little polish. They are much better boot protection than the standard spandex boot covers.

They stained my $1000 skates yellow. they are nice for the fact you can put them on, leave on and take skates on and off with them on BUT they ruined my skates. Would NOT recommend. I didn't think they’d do anything given the rubbery black material so no clue where this yellow came from. Going to have to find something else to wear now to cover the yellow.

Tiene un color gris no es blanco... como esta en el site y por eso mi hija no lo quiso quedar... pero esta bien hecho silicon por adentro buena calidad 👌 solo el color.... seguro de salga un color de verdad blanco pero bñanco como los patines vamos a comprar de nuevo.

Catastrophe ! À fuir de toute urgence ! Dommage de ne pas pouvoir mettre d’étoiles négatives. Ces choses sont censé protéger les patins, sauf que ça les a totalement ravagés. Après seulement une heure d’utilisation sur les patins artistiques blancs flambants neufs de ma conjointe, nous avons eu l’horrible surprise de voir que cela avait « imprimé » tout autour des patins des traces de quadrillage jaunâtres foncées (motifs du caoutchouc à l’intérieur des soit-disantes « protections »). Impossible de les faire disparaître, que ce soit avec une éponge magique à base de détergent (qui permettent pourtant de récupérer parfaitement des semelles blanches de baskets), du dissolvant, de la crème, etc.
