Does soy lecithin have a noticeable smell or flavor?

It has a very mild, almost neutral taste and minimal odor, so it won’t overpower food or skincare recipes.

Can soy lecithin be applied directly to the skin?

It’s usually used as an ingredient in creams or lotions, but in small amounts it can be massaged into dry areas to lock in moisture.

Is soy lecithin heat-stable during cooking?

Yes, it holds up well under high heat, making it great for baking, frying, or even making smooth sauces.

Can I use soy lecithin in homemade cosmetics?

Definitely. It works as a natural emulsifier to combine oils and water, giving creams, serums, and masks a silky consistency.

How does soy lecithin affect texture in recipes?

It reduces stickiness and helps ingredients blend evenly, which is why it’s common in chocolate, baked goods, and even whipped products.

Excellent lecithin

Great for the price! The container was only filled 2/3’s of the way but I weighed the container - 8 lbs on the dot; 1 extra pound over as seller noted container weighing 7 lbs.

Zero stars

If I could give zero stars I would. Items arrived damaged and leaked everywhere. Non returnable and non refundable. Do not recommend!
