Beyond Expectations!!!
This stuff is absolutely fantastic! My HOA is very strict and wouldn’t let me build a permanent greenhouse. So, I had to get creative and ordered a “temporary” one. But guess what? The HOA insisted it had to be transparent. I was faced with the choice of returning the temp greenhouse or creating a transparent cover. I spent hours scouring the internet for a clear solution, but everything I found was just sorta clear. Then, I stumbled upon this product, and it was like finding a diamond in the rough! I was skeptical about its strength and durability, but boy, was I wrong. I spent a day or two crafting a template, sewing, and assembling my new transparent greenhouse cover, and OMG, it looks absolutely stunning! This vinyl is not only super clear but also incredibly durable. I live in Colorado, where the wind can be fierce, and the day after I set up my greenhouse cover, it was put to the test. A storm rolled in with winds at 50-60 miles per hour, but my greenhouse stood strong! I checked all the seams, and not a single rip or tear. Even my roses with their sharp thorns didn’t cause a scratch. Plus, it’s SUPER insulating. There’s a noticeable temperature difference between the outside and inside, and my plants are loving it. They’re thriving, and I’ve already harvested my first round of tomatoes, while most of my neighbors are still waiting for the weather to warm up. This was my first attempt at making something like this, and now that I know Frost King’s vinyl is the perfect choice for greenhouses, I’m definitely ordering more and building a bigger “temporary” one next year. And the cherry on top? It will truly angers my HOA! :D

Tough and clear!
Put this up with 1 x 2s and it holds up to Arkansas wind gusts. Kept my plants alive on the patio so far. I’m leaving a review while buying a third roll. Good stuff!

Best winter window treatment I've ever used
People complaining that it's not 100% clear are expecting this to be like glass. It's pretty darn clear for any plastic that I've ever used for winter window treatment. But it's much more thick and less likely to have a cat puncture if you've got them! Although my younger cat did open his mouth wide last night and chomp into it when I was outside and he wasn't having any of it because he's a cat. It was easy to put packing tape over the puncture holes, though. Normally with other thinner window treatment if I cat punctures it, there ends up being a long tear you can't easily fix even with tape. I've had to redo windows before numerous times with cats. Any of the thicker treatments I used to be better for cats, you could barely see through. The people complaining about not seeing through this, clearly never used the other stuff! Overall I hope this product keeps being produced. I often end up finding a product that works really great and then they stop selling it. So here's hoping I'll be buying more next year!

Looked in stores for clear like glass and could not find.
I love how clear this is. I have the type of dog door insert that goes into your sliding door track. Wind comes through the sliding door because of it not being closed as it should be, but this solves the problem. I put it up but stopped short of the dog door. Even though it is not covering the whole door, with the dog door not being covered, so the dogs can go in and out, this works pretty well in keeping the wind and cold out when it is very cold and windy. I think it is a bit overpriced though. The plastic ones like this at the store were not so clear but they were much more inexpensive. I guess you get what you pay for, but I think if the stores sold this it would be cheaper.

Fantastic plastic AND it's perfectly clear!!!
I looked for a long time for truly clear plastic, nearly impossible to find. I never did find any last year. But this stuff is great! It's easy to use, it's just folded once so you just cut the length you want if you want the full width of 44 inches, then open it up and take out the white tissue like paper. ( I saw another reviewer thought the paper was stupid and useless but it keeps it from sticking due to static cling and I found it very useful to draw my line on with pencil so I could make a straight cut. Also, I'm keeping it for the grandkids crafts.) This is a nice thickness so it's easy to handle. I stapled it on my 2x4 and 2x2 framed little dog porch which was first covered with chicken wire to keep all the cats out. I put the plastic on the inside, again to be protected from cat claws. While I wasn't always able to pull it as taut as I'd have liked due to the very odd shape and unsquareness of the structure, it still is so clear, both during the day and the night, that it's difficult to believe it's plastic. The pics are: small panel that goes over top of small screen door as a removable panel when it warms up. You can see the plastic hanging over at the top, it's stapled onto the back of the frame. You can see the hazelnut bush behind it quite clearly. Second pic is looking from the outside in after dark with lights on in the porch. You can see some tools and the dog inside. Third pic is looking out through the plastic on inside of chicken wire at the dog house. Last pic is looking from inside out, after dark, and you can see a step stool/ladder and another aluminum step ladder behind that. This is truly awesome plastic and I'm tempted to buy several more rolls to keep on hand for future years since it's so hard to find. If you're needing clear plastic this is the stuff to get if you can use the size. Where I needed a wider/longer width I just overlapped a bit and used clear tape to piece together. Can't tell it's there.

Not perfectly clear.
Product is decent but leaves opaque lines as you unroll it giving it a vertical blind appearance. It's not as "clear" as description states unless you don't mind the lines throughout.

Clear and pretty thick..
The sheeting is very clear, you can see through it easily. It is quite thick and strong, actually surprised how durable it seems-we’ll see how it does overa cold Canadian winter. Easy to trim and work with.

Just what I wanted
I was looking for something to use on my dining table to protect an old quilt that I want use as a ‘Table cloth’. This is perfect! It covers the quilt a few inches over the sides and could be cut to length to allow it to be long enough if i want it for when the table is expanded. It’s perfectly clear allowing the beauty of the quilt to show but still be protected from any spills. If you do this, be sure to use heat pads if you put anything warm on the table.

Clear, But a Slight Crease
I bought this clear vinyl to make temporary windows for the winter. It is clear enough for me. The plastic has white paper on one side to prevent the vinyl from sticking to itself, but the paper is split with a gap. The gap, when the sheet is rolled up for shipping purposes, creates a depression in the vinyl that makes a crease. They should have just slit the paper, not leave a gap that creates a crease. It works well for my purpose and seems pretty tough for 4 mil vinyl.
