No, you actually have to remove the original one.

Will the 9" fit front of 2022 f150 and 7" fit the rear?

If you measure your existing one on the front and it's 9 inches and the existing one on the back measures 7 inches, then yes.

Does it work on a 2021 ranger?

Fords have different size emblems, mine was a 9.5' long emblem and I do not know what the length of the emblem on the ranger you will have to measure it and order accordingly.
