Is anyone else not able to open the pacifier clip? Help!!

Yes, I love this thing but it is a pain in the ass to open! It needs a little lip on both ends to pull on, not just on the lid

Is it safe (durable) for an infant with 6 front teeth?

Yes, extremely safe. My little one used it with 2 teeth. The holes are very small and only the juice of the content comes out.

How difficult would the handle to come off while baby is using it?

it got a pretty good suction on it.. but the older the baby is they could probably pop it open.
