Don't get the flavored ones. Sucralose is bad. Regular glutamine will gag a maggote. This taste is neutral

Metabolic Nutrition TAG is the best glutamine I’ve used with no awful aftertaste like other brands. It mixes easily in water or protein shakes and really helps with muscle soreness between workouts. I can definitely tell a difference in my recovery when I use this. Highly recommend!

The product is high quality and you will see this from the packaging to the product itself. Not something to be overlooked and missed out on. The company itself is EXTREMELY ethical and backs the quality 100%. Which in this day and age is not always true with supplements.

**UPDATE: In less than 24 hours I received a response from Metabolic Nutrition offering to send me a new container of the product. Excellent customer service, and I appreciate the ability to complete my surgeon's recommended post-op regimen with this supplement.** I purchased this product on the recommendation of my surgeon for knee surgery and used 1 level scoop per day post-op. I was a little suspicious when opening the container and found it only about 1/3 full, but I assumed there was settling that had occurred. The product ran out on day 30, however the container says it has 40 servings (scoops). I have been shorted 25% of the product. I tried calling Metabolic Nutrition by phone but I get no answer. I’ve sent them an email with my lot number to see if there was an issue on their end. I will update this review if I get a response.

I mix this with protein powder so flavor is not an issue for me. Since taking this product, I have completely put all my digestive issues behind me. I definitely recommend this product. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use this in the future.

I found this to be one of the few products that actually does what it says. Not that other products aren’t good, but this one is great. About the sixth day I noticed my recovery after a really taxing work out was much sooner. It’s practically flavorless so I can add it with protein whether it’s a berry flavor or a chocolate or vanilla flavor, it mixes well.

Dr. Axe recommends this form of glutamine for leaky gut bc it’s more absorbable than the free form kind. I got a stomach ache every time from the freeform kind and had to stop taking that kind. Good news though with this kind, I don’t get a stomach ache. I just started taking it and following Dr. Axe’s leaky gut protocol from his book “Eat Dirt”, which I recommend.
