How can this be lip vit c? Mine is like water too, April 2023 and don't think there is much vitamin c in the product

The liposomal vitamin C drops are water-soluble and formulated with a water base, which gives them a watery consistency.

Why is this watery? It says it’s oil based but this is clearly water!

I'm not sure but I wish the company would address this as mine was exactly like water too it has a little tang like taste. It's clear but they address this as normal in the information. The carrier so to speak is an oil per their ingredient list but there is zero oil in mine so? No really sure what I just paid for?
