Didn’t do a dam thing
From a person that has tried already three of their products it just did not work. It wasn’t worth the hype. It just didn’t do anything for me. I didn’t notice a difference. I just stopped taking them. It was a waste of money. Luckily, I got them on sale, but yeah.

I take this for my health. My daughter is a nurse and she was the one who told me about this and how it helps you get more healthy. Im 77 yrs old and my heath has improved so much since I have been taking this. I also take lions mane , L-theinen and it is great to.

Helped with my digestion
bought this probiotic because I deal with a slow metabolism and digestive issues, and I’ve been using it for about six months now. I can honestly say it has made a noticeable difference for me. Since taking it regularly, I’ve noticed that my food seems to digest better and faster instead of just feeling like it sits in my stomach. It has also helped with my acid reflux, which I think is connected to my digestion improving overall. On top of that, I’ve seen less stomach inflammation, and it has definitely helped with bloating and gas as well. I really don’t have anything negative to say about it. It matched my expectations and has worked exactly the way I hoped it would. I buy it regularly and plan to keep taking it for the foreseeable future. For me, this has been a great product and an easy 5 stars.
