Honestly don’t bother, this is by far the worst tape I’ve ever used. Need to reapply about 3 times per session.

Usually use adapt tape and and sadly this doesn’t compare… this ends up peeling off after a few lifts and is just slightly too wide for my short thumbs 😂

As a crossfitter and Olympic lifter I go through a lot of tape. Was attracted by the great reviews. Very disappointed. It’s super wide (maybe ok for men with huge hands) and gets sweaty very quickly. Constantly lumps together and needs changing. Won’t buy again
