Has anyone compared the 0.5mm needle point pens to the 0.7mm pens? I have the 0.5mm pen in black but would like colors will it be a big difference?

I use both 0.5 and 0.7 and don't notice any difference. I love these pens and the colors are beautiful.

Do they show up on black paper?

Only inks with opaque pigmentation will show on dark paper, such as the Sakura GellyRoll pens sold here in Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Sakura-38176-10-Piece-Assorted-Moonlight/dp/B000GZOCA8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1521648081&sr=8-1&keywords=gelly+roll+pens+moonlight&dpID=51WgtH6I62L&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch

Do these pens have refills?

Not that I can find...I love these pens but I think they are disposable :(. Sadly, I may go back to Energel.

Does this 14 pack come in 0.5 fine point? Or can I buy the pens individually somewhere?

No they are all .7 but the small pack does come in .5. I have asked them several times to make a pack of .5 in all the colors. They are limited in .5 colors
