I have yet to try them but have high hopes.
Would have liked some instructions to be included, For example one time use only or can they be used again. And once you open the air tight bag do they need to be used or can they be put in a baggie for later use.?

These are great to remove oxygen in mylar bags.

i opened these and they absorber the oxygen out of the room i almost died. had to seal them up in mason jar keep them form destroying the world.

What junk, just go to Gander MTN or Academy and get the hand warmers instead.
Don't trust your family food storage on these pieces of crap. Just came in one vacuum sealed package. When opened they never got warm. Going to redo my buckets ASAP. Read that two large hand warmers for .89 cents will do the trick for 2-5 gallon buckets.

I use these to repack food and they work great. after I get done with repacking just reseal them and reuse when needed

Good product, poorly packaged.
I have to use all of them immediately after opening or they'll be neutrallised. It is extremely inconvenient that these packets are not individually, air-tight wrapped.

Offensichtlich haben andere Rezensenten die Funktion der Tütchen nicht verstanden. Sie sind mit Salzen und Eisenpulver gefüllt, die Sauerstoffbindung läuft über einen schnellen Oxydationsprozess. Sie müssen unmittelbar nach Entnahme aus der Packung in ihr Bestimmungsbehältnis gebracht werden und dieses luftdicht (!) verschlossen werden. Natürlich reagieren sie sonst mit der Umgebungsluft, und das ziemlich schnell. Nach Entnahme der Oxysorber aus ihrer Tüte vakuumverschweiße ich die Tüte sofort (!) wieder mit einem Küchenvakuumierer, dann passiert denen auch nichts - logo, oder?

Mit diesem Sauerstoffabsorber kann man Oxidationsempfindliche Materialien länger lagern. Besonders in Verbindung mit einem guten Vakuuimierer wärmstens zu empfehlen. Denn die Dinger sind N I C H T !!!! einzeln verpackt und müssen daher sofort aufgebraucht, oder die nicht verwendeten halt gleich wieder vakuumiert werden ! Ansonsten klarer Kauf.

Absobiern Sauerstoff. Benutz sie zum Eindosen oder für Mylarbags zum lagern von trockenen bzw gefriergetrockneten Lebensmittel. Und bin zu frieden. Und der Sinn ohne Sauerstoff kein Verderbnis und bei Mehl keine Schädlinge.
