I’ve been taking this probiotic consistently and can genuinely tell a difference. My digestion feels calmer and more balanced, and I don’t get that uncomfortable bloated feeling like I used to. Great value for my money Garden of life is one of my go to trusted brands on the market instead of all the synthetic junk out there that companies clam are health but filled with heavy metals fillers and all kinds of other junk. This stuff is awesome!

Little bit expensive, but it works. My whole family has IBS, so we’ve probably tried almost every probiotic on Amazon. During Prime Day and Black Friday, we decided to try some higher-end products. While they’re not bad, I wouldn’t say they offer a dramatic improvement compared to the 60-billion-count products. Overall, I trust this brand, but this particular product feels decent — well-made, but the value for the price doesn’t seem great.
