RGB gave my CPU a 20% boost.
At this price point, this is without a doubt the best fan you can buy. This has a really nice nickel finish to it, looks very smart in the case.On my X470 Crosshair Hero VII, this didnt cover any of the RAM slots. And as everyone knows, RGB gives a 20% CPU boost! (this is a joke by the way).

Cheap & Efficient
Was stuck between this and Dark rock 4 slim, But would recommend this lower price for same performance i got this for £36! I couldn't find any information on the RAM clearances but fits with my Corsair vengeance RGB which i think the the highest profile RAM there is. (had to remove 3 dimms of RAM to get the right hand fan on but can slot back in once fan is on tight fit but it fits)I replaced the fan with Corsair 120 ML Pro and added a further one to the left, Keeps a ryzen 3600 extremely cool with plenty of room for overclocking. Comes with AMD/Intel mounting.Would recommend!

The Best Cooler I've ever used
My computer had recently started suffering from 'hotter than the sun syndrome' due to my AMD FX 8350- so I decided to pick up this cooler. I had had a bad experience in the past with aftermarket coolers so there was a little trepidation I won't lie. Out of the box the thing comes with about a million bits and the cooler is a heck of a lot bigger than I had expected. Assembling this thing is in theory easy- however if you have never installed an aftermarket cooler before and didn't know that the back-plate had to be removed then you'll have to watch a Youtube tutorial because the instructions aren't the best. Nonetheless, the fan comes with a free tube of thermal paste, which is excellent because mine had worn off. Now, gaming wise- on Doom my PC was hitting maybe 60-70 degrees with the stock cooler and now under the same heavy load with this cooler were getting around 40-45 degrees which has stopped the throttling. This is a fantastic cooler which also came with a couple of bits of plastic which allow the user to screw on another fan to the other side of the cooler which was a great touch. And lastly, the thing is way quieter than my old one which is a definite plus.

JUST BUY IT, DON'T HESITATE
JUST BUY IT. Don't hesitate. I bought a £90, 240cm Maelstorm water cooled heatsink that was running 45 degrees idle and 80 degrees under load with my i7 5820k. Lasted 8 months before it completely failed on me ... all of a sudden out of nowhere my PC was running at 100-105 degrees idle and constantly on boost ... really scared me as I thought my computer was going to explode as I never heard it that loud. So, I replaced the thermal paste and it kept on doing it. So instead of replacing the heatsink with another water cooled one from a reputable brand like Corsair, I went with this cheap and cheerful model as I was able to grab one from my local Currys / PC Worl for under 30 pounds. Guess what ? My 5820k is idling at 25 degrees and running at 40-55 degrees under load whilst editing 4K Video !!! an absolute BARGAIN for the price and cheap as chips. This unit is worth it and from the reviews I have read it really is the best bang for your buck.

One word ; Outstanding
An excellent cooler, well worth the money. It's chopped my cpu temperatures massively, and can barely be heard even with two fans mounted & running at max speed. Package includes brackets and screws for a second fan to be mounted, and a good quality TIM compound as well. Very easy to install, and comes with frankly some of the best fittings I have used in years.Extremely secure mounting thanks to tension sprung screws on the cooler bracket. Ignore the video saying "its wobbly". Its supposed to be like that, as the bracket pulls tight once the retaining springs are screwed down, which the person in the video didnt mention due to pebkac issues. (I have identical AM4 socket and the cooler is rock solid)5/5 Would buy again, and will be at the top of my list in any future builds.*Update* So now its had time to bed in, this cooler is keeping my Ryzen 3600 idle temps at 35C, does "gaming" at 60c, and prime95 stress tests at 75c max. Hands down the best air cooler I have ever bought in 20+ years of PC building.Needs a rating above 5 stars, its just that good for the price.
