Filled with heavily compressed (to liquid) air, be careful! The air comes out cold enough to freeze skin. I have no problem with these. They are what they are and work fine. But there are regulations regarding the shipping of such products. I do not believe these are stored in Amazon warehouses and so come from a third party. Amazon prime membership will not save you from shipping costs.
