No. It is attached to the metal legs but you can move it anywhere around your home. It works great.

5months and up but it’s an Amazing product! Very easy to take apart and go to a family member house with it

Can it be put outside on a tree brunch?

Yes you can because it had hunger. And It is not heavy and easy to move around . I bought this product completely and used it for my daughter from the fifth month. I recommend buying this product, it is comfortable and fun for newborns
