Great Bread Knife – Sharp and Reliable
The Henckels bread knife is a solid addition to my kitchen. The serrated blade slices through crusty and soft breads with ease, making it much easier to get clean, even cuts. It feels well-balanced and comfortable to hold, which is a plus when working with larger loaves. The blade stays sharp, and the quality is what I’d expect from Henckels. A very good quality bread knife
This knife feels good in one's hand, and it cuts even a big, fresh, crusty sourdough loaf with ease. It is plenty sharp and made to last. I felt it was an excellent value.

Good knife. Very sharp indeed. Already sliced my thumb while using it. But it does work very well and has a good weight to it.

Heavy and high quality
Exactly what you want in a good bread knife. The size and weight make it easy to handle and it is VERY sharp. No problem making a clean slice through a sourdough loaf with a heavy crust.

Very disappointed purchase. This knife is as good as a dollar store knife. Not very sharp. Not suitable to cut bread on less you want to squish it.

A very well built knife. Love the serated knife edge. Blade is thicker than our previous serated knife so have to get used to it
