I go ahead and mix the whole bottle with water in a pitcher. Then all i have to do is pour a cup ans add sweet cream in the morning. So easy!

Nice Vanilla Taste
I put a little of this in my protein shake. Gives me that extra umf I need, in the gym. My protein is vanilla and so is this. Great combo, tastes really good
