What is the recent expiration date received by someone, today is 10-13-18?

I think the person is asking because amazon sellers frequently send out packages with an expiration date close to the date of order. It's good for their business to get rid of product that will expire soon, but those of us who buy 3 of an item at a time to use over the next 6 months may end up with expired product.

Can i use this on my dogs eyes?

I would definitely check with your vet before using but my guess would be if it's safe for human eyes, it would be safe for canine eyes.
