Polarity on one side is set up wrong so doesn’t connect
It’s a shame, as I wish I had read the reviews. I’ve looked at other brands and it seems the same, so not sure what to do. I have to hold it in place for it to charge or one side just disconnects and doesn’t stay in place

Charger measurements incorrect
The measurements here show 6mm between the two dots and so this charger should work. As you can see, it does not connect fully and after leaving on charge for over 24hours, it hasn't worked.
