Will this fit on a 2021 gladiator sport..??

Yes it works on Jeep gladiator I have it installed on my 2020 jeep gladiator

Yes, It comes will all you need for 8 switches.

Can it be installed on the driver side? Pictures show it on the passenger side above the battery.

you can install it at driver side. but you will need to extend the 8 gauge power cables.
