Impressive! Absolutely like new, works flawlessly out of the box!
This was the bargain of the year for me! The phone is as-new. No evidence of it having ever seen use. I transferred evrything from my S10 to this one with SmartSwitch wireless and it took 11 minutes and the transfer left everything working as it was on the old phone, except faster! My onl complaints are that Samsung elected to no longer have a removable Micro SD card, which I really liked having to keep all of my photos and important document backups on. No more. I guess they saved $5 per phone? I'd have been glad to pay an extra charge for the extra and safe storage. The other thing is no more audio out jack. Yes, "everybody uses Bluetooth." I do to, for almost everything, but there are times . . . Oh well, it's still a great phone. I ALWAYS buy refurb. 1/3 the price and just as nice! Never had a problem with refurb computers, other electronics, power tools, and even appliances.

Phone is great at initial setup, Provided cable does not "fast charge" though.
Phone arrived in a timely manner, very quick actually. A couple tiny scratches on the side (no big deal, it will be in armor and was expected). Screen was in perfect shape. The phone arrived with only a 20% charge, so before transfer I had to charge it. The supplied cable is "slow charging" only, stated 5.5 hours to charge, and to follow recommended instructions, phone should be charged well to transfer via Smart switch. Used my old cable, went from 5.5 hours to 1.5 hours. The slow charge cable and that there were no camera protectors with the screen protectors would be my only possible issues on my initial setup and transfer. All pixels on the screen appear to work, all touch sensors seem to work.

I'm dissapointed
NOT FACTORY UNLOCKED! I didn't realize this immediately because it is not specifically sim-locked, and data and calling worked fine. Fast forward 6 months, I get an email from work telling me I'll be kicked off the MDM policy (work email on personal phone) unless I update my OS. Evidently it was a Verizon phone, which can only receive software updates if you have Verizon SIM card. I have spent days trying to get support from Samsung, Verizon, AT&T, Amazon, and the Amazon seller only to be told to pound sand >:[ It would seem my only option now is to take a risk with leaked / pirated firmware flashing, which I'm worried will trip the Knox security (which is the only reason I bought the phone in the first place, as Knox security was required by my employer). The phone itself is also disappointing. I started with a OnePlus 5t, which I was very happy with. When I was required to get a Samsung, I went to an A52 5g. The fingerprint sensor and face recognition were both so bad that unlocking the phone was a massive chore (something I do dozens of times a day). I suffered through this for a little while before upgrading to the S22. I very much resent the trend of under-display sensors which do not perform as well as their more visible counterparts. The S22 ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is vastly better than the optical one on the A52, but it still is inferior compared to a sensor on the back of the phone like on my older OnePlus. Heck, even my old galaxy S5 had a better fingerprint sensor. The face detection is a little better than the A52, but not as good as the OnePlus 5t. It really struggles in low light, and must be directly in front of your face. Nobody does face detection as well as Apple, but that's probably due to patent limitations (and I refuse to go back to iphone until they allow sideloading). One notable issue both the A52 and S22 suffer is an inability to detect they are in my pocket. I must deliberately place the phone with the screen facing outwards or else the fingerprint reader will constantly register false attempts against my leg (which will lock you out of using biometrics) Battery life is not impressive. Once again the 5t was better. This may not be entirely fair b/c I do use the always-on display, but on the other hand the processor should be much more efficient for how much newer it is. I mostly believe this is similar to the issue of constantly waking up in my pocket. A proper proximity sensor could have solved this rather than just using the selfie camera, which is again another example of form over function (It also seems like samsung doesn't even attempt to detect being in you pocket in order to reduce battery / ignore touch screen).

Do your homework and you will not be disappointed
I ordered from a different vendor and it was not unlocked, so I was hesitant and really was looking around to order from someone else. And I am thrilled with this phone. Absolutely thrilled. It's perfect looks perfect its unlocked as stated.... I will say many people who leave reviews also need to realize you are buying a refurbished or renewed product. I used ChatGPT to walk me through everything I should do. Because at first I honestly thought this phone was not charging, right? Something was wrong ...but no...and there are some steps you can take to optimize everything. And initially, you should definitely do the software updates... made a huge difference. The phone is fantastic. There is a certain little responsibility on the buyer. You got a great deal. It's a fantastic phone seller, did everything perfect. It just took me a day to sort of work out some kinks, and honestly, they weren't really kinks, I did order a new charger...that made a huge difference, not the one that came with it. So just do your homework, the phone is fantastic. Would buy from the seller again. I am very happy.

Basically brand new
So I've always been skeptical of buying refurbished items but my sister did it so I kinda thought why not? I bought this from the seller Wireless Source back on the 17th and I and received it on the 20th. So it was delivered quickly. It came in a brown box with a printed stickt label detailing what's inside. Upon opening the box, the phone box was wrapped nicely in packaging. I was surprised the seller had placed the phone into another box but super glad they did because it was STROMING! After taking the phone out of the box, first impressions was DAMN! The color is gorgeous and slick, the seller already put on screen protector. It was pretty much brand new! It had no scratches, chips, missing piant, absolutely NOTHING. It came with a charger and the pin to open the sim card area. The phone did come in dead so I immediately placed it on the charger. After about an hour give or take (I went to Walmart so came back so now exactly sure when it was fully charged) it was charged, and I turned it on with no issues. I set up the photo manually which was super simple to do after I inserted my sim card. I didn't need a code or anything it just asked me if I wanted to use the Sims card or use a new one. Once I verified that I wanted to use the old Sims card, it immediately recognized it as AT&T and asked me to click okay to switch over. Done. All my apps are on and updated. Everything is set to my liking and I've had no issues at all. I've had the phone for 2 full days now and the phone actually automatically adjust the brighteness if you are outside or in a dim environment. Just be careful because you have to readjust the brightness whenever you like it after. The phone battery life is pretty darn good. I'm currently at 45% and it's 5:07pm where I'm located. The phone has been used actively since 8am off charger. The camera quality is fantastic. Volume and sound is phenomenal. There is lots of storage and I have plenty more of exploring to do on the phone. I have let the phone die and had no problems with charging and turning back on. It will let you add a fingerprint for protection later one which I thought was cool because I didn't have to set thay up right away. Samsung is just the best for that. I bought a case to match the phone as well. I absolutely love the phone so far. The only downside, in my opinion, is that I can not add an SD card. Other then that, it's an exceptional phone. I will definitely update later if anything starts happening or I find cool stuff regarding the phone but so far so good!

Pretty great!
So I had my S10 forever and finally decided to get an upgrade. I'm someone that /has/ to read the reviews before I buy a large priced item, and luckily for me I saw another commenter going from the same phone as my old one! For anyone else still using an s10 or similar, I would highly recommend this phone. It's hard to tell how it is when you first get it, as it takes about 2 weeks for the 'starting a new technology' headache to go away, but I can safely say this phone is a good match. There is no new issues, and it's not terrible different than my old phone besides where the buttons on the side are placed and the camera. It also has higher storage so you don't need an SD card ( not that you could insert one anyways as there is no place) But nothing is perfect so here is an easy to digest cons list for people just skimming: -if you are switching from an s10, the buttons are all on one side, there is no button on the left side for volume or power. -to take a screen shot you have to press the lower volume button and power button at the same time, which is kinda hard to do in the beginning.(my fingers were confused in how to do it and not just shut my phone off) -the act of the screen actually shotting takes like, a solid second more than my old phone, I'm not sure if I can change that or if I'm just taking screen shots of to many memes that I start to notice it. -I've had this problem of phone calls cutting out when I'm driving in other areas where it was fine with my old phone. I'm not sure if this is the phone or my provider, but my realitive told me to have the wifi off when driving and that seems to help a lot. She said it had something to do with the phone trying to search for a wifi, I don't know. I don't care. It seems fixed now and I live in a rural area so it can't be helped all the time. -this is a pro to me but could be a con to others: this phone is smaller than an s10. It fits in my hand better. -THERE IS NO AUX INPUT. If I had wired headphone there is no where for me to put them. I can't listen to music in my car with the aux cord anymore, and I don't know how to just make the music play from my stereo through Bluetooth so that upsets me greatly. I can actually hear myself sing in the car now and I hate it. -no SD slot but this phone has mote storage so you shouldn't need it. There you have it, please consider any of these if you want. Another pro that I really wanna hype on is the camera! I love space and have been interested in astrophotography for years. With this phone I was actually able to take a good picture of the moon and....get this...the STARS!!!! I will attach photos for ref

Disappointed
I am getting very disappointed with Samsung lately, its like their phones are becoming to fragile and prone to failures. Less than a year of use and i already have a stripe on the screen. I dont have any cracks, haven't use the phone as a hammer but out of the blue the screen just went bad. This phone was very selective of the protective screen that it would tolerate and went full ghost mode. I am not satisfied at all with this purchase. I dont use it for gaming but if you watch videos or youtube on Bluetooth for a while it heats up.

Great Product
Despite a late delivery which got me annoyed which also led to a frustrated poor initial review. My phone arrived yesterday , in great condition and I am happy with it .
