Stopped working after three months
We purchased this towel warmer and used it for about three months, at which time its started to shut itself off (before warming up much) and to show an Error message. We attempted to contact the company in China. The product claims to have a three-year warranty. We tried the email address through the Amazon site and the email address from the paper booklet that came with the towel warmer. We have not had any response. Our previous towel warmer was a Warmrails brand that lasted 20 years. We went with this product because it was bigger, but we're sorry now.

Nice Upgrade for Bsmt Guest Bath!
Ok so bathroom remodels are right up there with kitchen remodels on the highest return on investment. My family business for 69 years was remodels so I should know. Heated towel racks just scream luxury in my opinion. Are they really necessary? I mean the answer is probably no but how luxurious do my guests feel when they see this thing and wrap themselves in a nice warm towel after getting out of the tub or shower?!I totally would have put this thing in my master if it would have fit. I just didn’t really have an ideal wall to put it on. But after having this installed in my guest bath I’m actually a bit jealous and might have to take down a painting and rod to make one fit. I mean, it actually makes more sense in a basement since it can get colder down there and the warm towels are definitely more noticeable. But really I just love the professional five-star hotel feel of this and it might be just what my master needs instead of the ladder towel rack that’s so impractical and takes up so much space. The installation was pretty easy and didn’t take that long, but they could have included some additional screws. Take your time thinking about placement, though —locate the studs for the ultimate sturdiness and make pencil marks first and a template with paper.. I had someone hold it while I stood to make sure I wouldn’t bump elbows with it when using the toilet. It would be better off probably on a wall next to a sink perhaps if it’s close to the shower as well. I had a cabinet there so that wasn’t an option. The downside is, you can really only fit maybe two folded over towels despite all the rungs—(one shown) the multiple rungs are really just surface area to heat the towels. You can hang hand towels at the bottom but those really won’t get warmed much since there’s no rods below… wascloths though—really help if you are someone who uses it twice and hate how cold a wet washcloth feels! If you’ve got the space, it would be even more luxurious to have a his and hers.Keep in mind it has an electric cord so think about placement and you might want an electrician to install a new outlet nearby so it doesn’t hang. We have two kittens and I worry they may chew on and damage the cord. I used an extension cord for now but plan on adding an outlet later. It has several heat settings and auto off in a few incremental settings. I recommended turning on 30min to an hour or do before you plan to shower so it’s not left on all the time. It would have been helpful if you could schedule it with a smart app or something to be ready for that morning versus evening shower but maybe that’s too much to ask!! LolOverall it took my guest bath to a whole new level and really elevated the space. It’s a gazillion steps up from the basic wire hook roll towel thing I was going to hang there. My guest was so impressed!

Very happy with it
The quality on this is great and it looks just as nice in person. Everything is solid and well made. I like how fast this warmer heats up and gets to full heat. Installation was a little bit tricky but not complicated, it's best if you are able to mount the brackets into solid blocking.

Wish it got warmer
Loved this piece to my bathroom. Super easy installation. However, I do wish it had the capability to get warmer than it does. Still a really nice piece but stepping out into a cold bathroom, having a really warm towel would be nice! Overall, it still does the trick.

Cozy
My boyfriend helped me mount this in my bathroom. I had an outlet that was perfectly situated for it so it wouldn't be messy with wires. I've been looking forward to having a towel warmer, I've always wanted one! We had some issues with the anchors included, they were crappy. I had to go out to grab some more substantial ones at the hardware store. Beyond that, it was fairly easy. I like the timer so I don't have to remember to turn it off if I plan on leaving the house. It heats up fast and has multiple temperature settings. For once, I'm excited for the upcoming winter! It'll make my towels super cozy.

Nice Looking Towel Warmer with Nice Features
This review is for Sharndy Towel Warmer with Timer, ETW83A. I had been considering a towel warmer for a bathroom remodel for a while. I liked the size, style, and timer function of this one, so I ordered it up. The towel warmer looks really nice in person. The distance it stands off from the wall is also really good. The installation is straight forward, but I don't like the included light duty wall fasteners. I would try to line this up with studs if you can or use more substantial anchors. The timer and temperature function is very nice. I need to find an alternate solution for the power cord though. Seeing a dangling power cord coming out of this is the only thing that messes up the look, but that conversation is going to happen with an electrician. Overall, this is a very nice towel warmer.

Efficient heater
The towel warmer heats up quickly, easy to clean as it is made of stainless steel. The towels are not wet, at least I hang them and dry them immediately. I adjust the temperature and make it warm so that I don't have to wash the towel that gets wet with a few hand wipes. It is easy to adjust the temperature by seeing it on the display.

Luxury at your reach!!!!
Sharndy towel warmer with built-in timerThe SHARNDY Plug-in Electric Heated Towel Warmer Rack with Built-in Timer ETW83A Brushed works amazingly well. It is well made, strong stainless steel. Display is easy to read and the assembly instructions are very clear and easy to understand. The temperature and timer control are very intuitive and easy to use. They keep towels nice and warm. My main issue was finding a place near the bathroom to mount rack. Make sure to install on studs to secure them appropriately. Otherwise a great purchase. 5 stars.
