Can be used with factory Xenon models with some work.
Bought on purpose but didn’t pay close enough attention that this is for halogen model explorers only. We have a 2015 limited explorer with factory xenon headlights. Fortunately I was able to use our factory bulbs and ballasts and convert these to work without issue. All the mounts align great. Only had to snip 2 wires on each headlight harness then join the old and new together.

read the description carefully
based on the description and stuff, I actually expected this to be daytime running lights, but it’s not. It’s not a bad headlight. I just wish the presentation would’ve been slightly clearer. The fit is OK and it looks nice on the front of the car. There’s no question about that. Installation was the same as if I would’ve just replaced the factory ones so there’s no problem there.

Do not work
I went to all the trouble to install them, and they would not come on. Plug and play is not accurate. Also, these are not LED.
