A must have
Any of Dr LePera's books is worth reading/owning! Her "How to be the love you seek" book is my bible, when it comes to relationships! Its vocabulary its simple n relatable. She uses personal examples to explain some situations n it makes me feel like she's a friend! She has greatly influenced n helped my relationship!

Wonderful book to do by yourself or with your partner!
I really love this workbook and highly recommend. My husband and I are doing it together and it has been so amazing for both of us individually and together. Another level of intimacy working so deeply together and gaining even greater understanding of one another. It is quite large so lots to do and discuss and reflect on. Wonderfully made with good quality, nice and sturdy. Looking forward to continuing with it and seeing the end result in both of us.

WOW!
This is a book/workbook unlike any other that I’ve ever encountered, in a very good way. I’ve only made it through section one, so I’ll have to come back to update this review, but I’m so excited that I had to leave a review now. What I’ve found unique about this book is that it’s immediately engaging. She offers lots of practical quick tools to help me understand & examine my emotions & thoughts from an observational inquisitive perspective. It’s nothing short of mind blowing to me. Just so far, I’ve gone from thinking that there is something terribly mentally wrong with me because I felt so detached from myself & who I am to feeling like I’m not the only one & this is a blessing for growth in disguise. I’m so glad I found this book to help me through this pivotal period of self-growth. The ideas that the author is putting in my head are truly life changing. I’d become so tired of living my life in a disconnected way from my body, mind & spirit. It could even feel scary at times. This book is giving me hope that I can address my habits of thinking & feeling that have been programmed into my brain since birth. And hope that I can build new neural pathways to change & thrive. While there’s a part of me that thinks this book was written specifically for me😉, if you’re feeling “lost” I highly recommend this workbook. In fact, I think all people would benefit from doing the work that is presented in this workbook. Best wishes on your journey of self discovery! xo

Therapist recommended!
This workbook is amazing. I'm a dually licensed therapist (clinical mental health & marriage & family therapy) and I use this religiously both with my individual and couples/family sessions. As a trauma informed therapist, this book is such an amazing educational resource and tool for individuals and clinicians. Whether you have a trauma history or are just struggling in any area of life with managing your stress, struggle with anxiety/depression, or self esteem issues- this workbook will improve your life, and maybe even change it. It is also very ADHD brain friendly with the way its laid out (the info is well compartmentalized in a way that's not overwhelming or too dense). The goal of this book is to basically help us become more self aware and live more intentionally and authentically vs just living in autopilot mode and going through the motions and feeling unfilled. It is centered around being more aware and conscious of our bodies and nervous system in order to help rewire our brain, we first have to create a sense of safety within our bodies. Whether you had a traumatic childhood or really wonderful upbringing, but still find yourself often feeling "stuck" or overwhelmed, this workbook will help. I use this book not only daily in sessions and have recommended it to several colleagues and clients, but also use it separately for myself as my own act of self care and I love it. For those who are wondering- the "How to do the work" book by Dr. Lepara is helpful to read before this, but totally not necessary. You can work on the workbook and not need to have read the book its based off of before hand. Whether you're a clinician or just a person who wants to better themselves- this book is for you and you will not regret buying it!!!!

Wonderful Guide!
Dr Nicole does it again! This book was a beautiful journey and guide. The format, the content, it all flowed so well. Some of the questions really challenged me and it felt good. I knew in those moments those were the things I needed to really face and tackle on this journey to meet myself. Her words and how she divides the book really made me feel like there was someone there helping me along the way. I took my time knowing what I needed to stop and really focus on the chapter or section and I feel like I have a whole new set of tools in my toolbox thanks to this book., in a new level of awareness and I believe it did help me meet myself.

QR codes do not work
I was very excited to get this book as I loved "How to do the Work". I cannot get the QR codes to work. I've tried several different ways to access the meditations, etc and have been unsuccessful. The content is excellent, was just really looking forward to be able to access the audio information as well. If anyone has any tips i would welcome them!

Easy to understand and follow along
I love many things about this book but the one thing I love the most is how the author has addressed dense topics that require massive research, reading and distilled them down for the reader to understand, apply into our life and relationships. The book is really easy to follow along and practice page-by-page. It is laid out beautifully and flows well. It is a textbook, a journal, a guide, a bag of SelfHealing tools and skills all in one. It asks you some tough questions but in a gentle manner. It leads you to explore and meet Self as a therapist or guide would. I recommend this workbook to anyone who wants more out of their life!

YOU NEED THIS WORKBOOK!
How To Meet Your Self is incredible. Working on Meeting Your Self can feel really scary at first...though with the support of this workbook, it truly makes doing my inner work actually super inviting and approachable. It's pages are so colorful and alluring. Just flipping through the book gets me excited to work on my self. It's truly amazing how this book breaks down complex concepts and topics in such easy and understandable ways. There are so many amazing practices given in this book. I am so grateful I have this workbook where I can return to it's pages anytime to help support me. I love adding emotional regulation tools to my toolbox and this workbook has given me even more practices to help me. Dr. Nicole even utilized QR codes for special practices to pull up on your phone. How cool is that!? Highly recommend this workbook!

The Best healing lecture
This book helps me in my process of healing from breakups, abandonment trauma and egocentric issues. I'm finding the Best version of myself without what I thought I should be since my childhood conditioning. It's a step by step disco very. Fully recommended.

Beautiful book, 243 pages. Lots of exercises to work through. It's a proper workbook. I'll be honest I've not started it yet as still working through another book by same author.
