Wonderful chair
My husband bought this for me to use at work since I sit at a desk in front of a computer for most of the day. It is a wonderfully comfortable chair. I didn't realize that I carried tension in my arms, lower back, and legs until I got this chair. It has made a world of difference. I don't feel physically fatigued in my muscles the way that I used to after an 8 hour day at work. I believe these chairs are worth the money and I am enjoying mine immensely. The quality appears to match the price point in looks as well as function and, so far, delivers all that is promised. Great chair!

Disappointed
Chair was supposed to be new. It arrived damaged, dirty, and scratched (see photos). Once put together (back is difficult to put on), it is comfortable to sit in but only one star due to the condition of the chair when it arrived. Herman Miller chairs are well known for their comfort and quality. The chair delivered to me is not new and I would not consider it quality due to the poor condition. I purchased this chair because I work remotely and have lower back issues. What a disappointment for $670.

Great chair at a great price!
Smooth transaction & fast delivery! This is hands down the best office chair I’ve ever had. I had one at a previous office & loved it, now I have one of my own & it is everything I remember. Refurbished is a great way to go & I highly recommend it. If you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer this is the chair for you!

Very Miss leading. This char does not have Lumbar and the picture shows and guest what NOPE. Bad seller get it else where for that price comes with everything. Stay away from this seller Very Dish Honest
