I use this first to detangle then use a thermal protector spray to protect my hair from the heat of the hair dryer and flat iron. After that I use a Kerastace elixor

Should you use a rinse out conditioner with this as well as the leave in spray? I have fine color-treated hair afraid o weigh it down.

I just shampoo no conditioner, then I spray leave in conditioner I too have color treated fine hair and it works great!
