All of our pans and skillets have nonstick coating, And this whisk allows you to constantly stir things without risking scratching the pan. It seems very rugged, has a very comfortable handle, and it is very good value.

It was recommended that I purchase a silicone whisk for 2 reasons: to prevent inevitable rusting and to avoid scratching the surfaces of bowls and pans. I purchased it now bc I see my current one is rusting. When I received this whisk, it had a POWERFUL nasty grapey smelling chemical odor. The smell was evident and powerful just taking it out of the bag. I am happy to report that putting it in the dishwasher on heavy, high-temperature wash eliminated the odor. I am a person with a chemical sensitivity, so I was concerned that I might have to send it back, but I'm happy to report there is a remedy. Just a minor inconvenience. I want to show you how this whisk compares with a traditional stainless steel one. As you can see from the photo, it's about 1/3 larger in every regard: handle and the ballooning part. It does take up a lot more space in my drawer. And I'm concerned about how well I might use it inside certain containers I would want to whisk in. What I like about the traditional wire kind is that it gets into the corners of a pan better, whereas this one looks like it might not be able to do that. I like that it has an unusual color so I can easily distinguish it from other utensils. I do find it harder to hold because of the thick handle. Now to see how it works, and if I have enough grip as person with MS with grip issues to work it properly.... I may seek out one that is more slender. Will give more update later.

I bought this to save my non stick pans. It’s working as described and is dishwasher safe. Recommend.

I don't know what to say. The handle fits nicely in my hand, but I only have one aluminum pan left where I have to worry about the coating and that's all I'll use it for.

Friday nights have become “cheesy noodle nights” in our household, usually with a box of Annie’s white cheddar shells. My pots are all non-stick though, and I’ve always found it impossible to mix the cheese sauce with a wooden spoon or spatula. The cheese powder always clumps along the edges of the spoon. I have tried other silicone whisks in the past, but they were all so flimsy, I eventually gave up on them. After seeing this whisk on Amazon though, I decided to try again in my quest for the perfect silicone whisk. So far, this whisk has been great. Our cheese sauce blends perfectly. I can even use the whisk to stir in the noodles b/c they release easily without getting stuck inside the whisk. It seems to be the perfect balance of flexible and sturdy, and it won’t scratch my nonstick pots or my nice Le Creusets . Cleans up great in the dishwasher too. Loved the color choices. I wanted something bright and fun so I bought the green. Looks great. Works great. Awesome price.

It’s a whisk. It whisks. Because it’s silicone it’s not as rigid as, say, a stainless steel tool. But it does what it’s supposed to do.

Ne se déforme pas à l’usage. Pourrait être un peu plus grand mais excellent choix!
