The only good thing to report is that it was easy to ...
Absolute junk. The hose separated be for I could even get it mounted. The holder is too small to accommodate the shower head. It fell out of the holder and hit my 93 year old Dad in the head. Lucky our family has hard heads!The only good thing to report is that it was easy to install (and uninstall).Wish I'd gotten around to trying it before the return period passed. It would have been returned.

Nice Shower!
I wanted a shower head that was not all plastic, which this one is, but it was easy to install and has excellent water pressure. It's also easy to change the settings on the spray head. My only complaint is that it the wand doesn't fit very well in the housing on the shower head. You really have to work it in so it doesn't fall on your head during the shower.

Good shower head, but attachment didn't fit correctly
ordered this for the guest bathroom to replace a Waterpic I bought at Home Depot and was going to return. (the hose did not have the flexible medal on it) This one seemed better, but the attachment wasn't very good. My son took the attachment from the Waterpic and that seemed to work! So,all in all, I ended up spending money on two to get one that works! An expensive lesson.

Great deal
I’ve been using this for 3 years and it’s still going strong. I even moved it from one apartment to my next and it still works great. The cable is starting to rust slightly but it doesn’t seemed damaged. Totally recommend for this price it was a steal

It Works
Was a gift for father. I installed it for him and it took 3 minutes. Very easy. He says the head functions correctly so yeah...there ya go...

Nuts are flimsy
The shower head works fine. The metal hose has very thin metal nuts. After wrapping the male threads with tape and snugging the nut tight to the diverter valve, there was a small dribble of water. Just a quarter turn more and the metal nut snapped apart. Notice the very thin metal of the collar of the nut.

Good at first.... but beware of the hose
The showerhead itself is great and produces a stream. Install was quick and easy. If you buy you would want to consider getting a better quality hose. The hose showed signs of stress very quicky and today it split open.

Very loud when on. Sounds like a jet engine taking off
