Great for calming, but causes frequent urination
The tea is of very good quality and definitely helps calm our minds. However, we noticed that it triggers frequent urination for us. We tried drinking it at different times—during the day, in the evening, and right before bed—but it had the same effect every time. It works well for relaxation, but be prepared for extra bathroom trips.

I finished four or five of these bottles already and will continue to buy it.
Helps a lot with bloating, and I make one cup every night for sleep. Good value for money compared to others and increases a lot of relaxation with the health benefits. I have not found any dust, and this is my fourth or fifth purchase. I can recommend this item.

Its fake. Not authentic leaves 👎. Don't buy waste of money it doesn't give any results as it's not a lemon balm.
