Does what I need it to.

I have a MacBook with only two USB-C ports, and it's a problem when I want to plug more than one USB-C device into it while it's connected to power. However, every hub I've found either has USB-A ports only, or it has a bunch of ports I don't need. The main caveat with this is it does NOT support Thunderbolt devices, displays, or power delivery. I'd recommend a full Thunderbolt dock for that. But it does what I needed, which is allow me to plug two USB-C devices (and two USB-A) into one port.

I purchased this to use it to charge my iPhone 13 Pro with a USB-C to lightening cable and the other USB-C port to connect to a Apple Magsafe charger. The USB-C to lightening cable had no issue charging my iPhone 13 Pro or even Apple Air Pods Pro, but it didn't have enough juice to charge my Apple Air Pods Pro using the the Magsafe charger. I tried using a different Magsafe charger and had the same issue, but the specs on the hub suggests it should at least work with the Magsafe charger even without any other devices attached.Giving it 3 stars since it should state that Magsafe chargers are incompatible

This hub has 2 USB-C ports and 2 USB-2 ports. Everyone needs extra USB-2 ports, but USB-C? Maybe not. If you have a new Apple desktop or laptop, you will use the USB-C ports as these Apple machines all have ThunderBolt 3 ports which are pin for pin compatible with a USB-C port. All ThunderBolt 3 cables will plug into any USB-C port.This hub worked flawlessly right out of the box. Its 5" cable plugs into any USB-C port or ThunderBolt 3 port on any computer. No software downloads or drivers are needed. It's a quality product.

Make sure you buy a thunderbolt cable and not just a usb-C cable.Why is it not included? Who knows.Make sure to instal Desktop Video Setup from Black Magics website. Works great.

This is one of the few hubs with more than one USB-C port. It's giving fast throughput and looks like a quality build. So far so good.

Got the product and the usb and usb-c ports do not work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
