Good product, but don't try to return any item. A live person is not on staff. Called to exchange for larger size, the recording stated to busy just leave message. Still waiting after 3 weeks.This company not prepared to handle customer service issues. You can have a great product; poor customer service will distroy startup companies. This company on Shark Tank the reps. Stated returns are less then two percent. I can see why now why it's so low. STAY AWAY TILL THEY GET THERE ACT TOGETHER!

There socks are the most incredible purchase I have ever made. I have nerve pain in my feet. That kind of pain is hard to treat. The medications don’t work or disagree with me. I have bought so many different shoes but came to the conclusion that there is not a shoe in the world that will take away my pain. I have not been able to even wear a sneaker. We’ll I wore these socks with shoes yesterday and they felt pretty good so today I put them on with sneakers, that of course have arch support and lots of cushioning. They were just another pair of the many sneakers I have bought. I cannot tell you how amazing these socks are. I have no, none, nada pain. If you have foot pain that is untreatable you need to give these socks a try. I will say they are not easy to put on. But I don’t mind the extra time I spend getting them on my feet. We’ll worth it. And the price is worth it too.

You can wear these all day on your feet and feel great. I only wish they were taller socks. That is my personal preference. They are too tight around my ankle as I had broken it badly years ago.

I love the socks! I feel them compressing my swollen ankles. However sometimes my calf started cramping and sometimes foot did same. I think if they were a lil larger it would be better. I wear ladies size 12 shoe.

I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received! I was also amazed how fast they arrived mind u I did pay for 3 day service. I needed them for my daughters big winter dance show she performed in 15 of the dances. Socks arrived at 4p.m. opening night. An hour before she left. UNFORTUNATELY MOM (ME) Didn't order w/ Traction! Duh is how i felt. Needless to say. I contacted apollo told them situation and they shipped a pair w/ Traction out immediately. Even before i sent return socks. I was impressed. My daughter loves the socks and says they are a huge help dancing on stage.Thank You Apollo.

They are ok- I have used better products-

The only complaint I have is the limited availability of colors. My feet ache all the time. These help quite a bit.

These socks have changed my life. If they seem expensive when shopping, believe me when I say, these socks are worth every penny. I really need to buy more when I can afford. They are caressing my feet. I have neuropathy from diabetes and my one foot is totally collapsed at the arch and I wear a brace on that side. I saw the presentation on Shark Tank, and they convinced me at that time, that I had to at least try these socks. I am amazed!!!
