If I have the12 month playstation plus will it transfer if I buy the gold ps4?

Playstation Plus is applied to your account. If you log in to the new ps4 with the same account, you should still have access to it. As for logging in to two ps4 with the same account as the same time, I'm not sure.

This was a limited production color. Sony no longer produces this version, but it's still available from 3rd party vendors. The gold controller is still being produced.
