Could be placebo effect, but I feel like this product really works. My adult son and I both take it and have noticed a good bit of mass gain (more in him than me) but we've both noticed it. However, I'm writing this review just to make aware of my latest shipment. My latest shipment was a much lighter color than the others and had an odd smell to it. Amazon has refunded me the cost of the item, but just wanted to document that this happened in case it happens to others as well. You can see the much lighter color of the capsule on the right in the photo.

I've tried Onnit Alpha Brain before, and it barely even gave me a placebo effect[This doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't work]. This product, on the other hand, gave a clearly noticeable, if not extreme, effect. I've noticed myself having more energy and motivation. If I had to give A firm performance increase in a percentage, I would say anywhere between 10% to 15%. As far as negatives go, the only thing of note so far is that I've noticed I sometimes get minor hunger cramps a few hours after lunch. This is likely in part due to the extreme diet I am currently on. Assuming things continue this way I would have no problem recommending this to a friend.

I didn't know what to rate this so I gave it a 3, not because its a bad product but because it gave me headaches when I took it. This may not affect you I'm just telling what happened to me. I only used 4 of them and it would have been nice if I culd have gotten a refund but it is what it is. So please just be cautious and always consult your Dr. Black Forest also has a stellar reputation with their supplements so this review is not a dig at BF or the seller.

This didn't work for me. I heard some recommendations on YouTube for it. It was talked up as a 'game changer.' I'm 40 but still felt pretty decent, but I thought, you know what, maybe I could get some benefits so it's worth a try. First bottle I bought direct from mfg, followed up with second bottle from Amazon. I work out moderate intensity 4x/wk. I eat ok, some junk but still lots of real foods. Maybe I'm not the most disciplined test subject. I have to be honest, I didn't notice a change. No hard feelings though. As with all supplements, YMMV. Also, FYI, Amazon lists it is a non-returnable item. I do take a few supplements, but only because I personally can see and feel the results (Glucosamine, Saw Palmetto, Magnesium, Kyolic Immune Support). EDIT: Bumped rating up to 5 stars. Antonio, the owner, reached out to me and refunded my purchase. He clearly stands behind his product and that should be very reassuring. As with all supplements, YMMV and sometimes you may get no result at all. This is true even with OTC or Rx medications. If you want to try this item, at least you can know you are buying from an Honest and Professional Seller.

I had been taking this Turk for many months and for various reasons(nothing bad) I decided to stop taking it to see how it felt. After a few days in the gym I could definitely notice a difference. I was still as strong but the strength was not as solid as when I was on the Turk, and it was harder to get the pump. I was off the Turk for about 4 months, and because of a shoulder injury which set back my gains, I decided to start taking this product again. I immediately felt better in the gym after taking this Turk, I had that grunt. That solid brute strength again, and the pump was back a lot more. My shoulder injury felt warm and didn't hurt as much. This Turkesterone works! You must be strength training to get results from Turkesterone. Its not like HMB. Don't expect to take Turk and then not put in the work to get the physique you want.
