I am greedy with reviews, so when I write a review, it usually means because I thoroughly enjoy the product or find it extremely valuable (in more than just from a financial perspective). That being fully disclosed, allow me the time to explain why I find this product - Mega Mineral - so valuable. Anyone with aging joints understands the wear and tear that comes with aging. Like most people, I ascribed to the adage that glucosamine chondroitin (with MSM) would alleviate the pains of aging joints. And so for about two/three years, I took glucosamine chondroitin (with MSM) daily. I also consumed a multivitamin along with a couple individual vitamins (vitamin D and B-complex). About three months ago, I ran out of my multivitamin, and couldn't find it in stock in the store. (Being a creature of habit, I didn't want another brand, I wanted my brand). So I went without the multivitamin. Guess what? My joints began aching and affecting my gait (my knees are quick to pop out of place - sounds weird, I know. But that is the only way to describe the feeling.). I was annoyed mostly because I was still taking the glucosamine chondroitin (with MSM), and couldn't figure out why my joints were achy. That got me thinking (which is a crime at my age, but I digress...), perhaps the multi-vitamins were the reason my joints felt ...not aged... So I scoured the internet for information on taking care of aging joints. Long story longer (cause this will be long-er), I came across a few articles that touted the many benefits multi-minerals provide the body. At that time, being without my usual multi-vitamin, as well as glucosamine chondroitin, I decided to give multi-minerals a try So I ordered some (not this brand, but another brand with the same exact formulation). In the month (yes, a month) I have been taking the multi-mineral as suggested, with no multi-vitamin and no glucosamine chondroitin (with MSM), let me list the benefits I have noticed: Most importantly, my joints are great! I can walk with no weird gate, no weird knee popped out of place feeling. I actually feel as mobile as I did in my youth! (It's a wonderful feeling!) My hair has gotten extremely soft, and it feels thicker - which is unusual because I have naturally super thick hair. And now if feels thicker, and shinier, and softer, and healthier! (Why didn't it feel this way when I was taking the multi-vitamin!?!?!) The one benefit that I read about, but have not experienced myself is the increased energy. I am not saying I am falling asleep in the middle of the day. I am just not feeling any increased energy. Now, let me rate the vendor: Five stars. This is why: I received the product earlier than scheduled. Packaging was excellent. This vendor allows for subscription orders with discounts, which makes this vendor's product not only very valuable, but also convenient!

I have placed an order for these twice now. They are best in class in my opinion. Very pure. Whole nutrient. Third-party tested. Really love this brand. You will feel a difference with your energy and your focus within just a few weeks as well as digestion health. Only drawback is they are massive horse pills. If you have a hard time swallowing pills then these probably aren’t for you. Decent price for the amount that you get. And worth it because the quality is best.

Love the ingredients but the pills are super hard and large. Take them for bad leg cramps.
