One a day keeps but healthy

I’ve been using Bettervits Probiotics for Gut Health for a few weeks now, and I’ve definitely felt an improvement in my overall digestion. The 30B CFU dosage seems to work well, but there’s no clear indicator to show exactly when it starts making a noticeable difference, so it took a little while for me to be sure. Still, it’s an easy-to-take supplement with no unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve been feeling more balanced and my gut health seems to be improving. Overall, a good product, but a little more guidance on when to expect results would be helpful.

Having been on antibiotics for 4 weeks my stomach was in a really bad way. Frequently toilet visits to say the least. discomfort digesting food.I was told by the dr this was normal and it could take up to 3 months to restore my gut biome, but he did recommend probiotics.Whilst using these tablets and also incorporating more fermented foods such as kefir, kombucha etc my stomach came back to normal within 2 weeks.This was a surprise as I was expecting it to be maybe a month or more, especially after hearing it could take 3 months.Having read up on the benefits and experienced it first hand now I will be using probiotics for good.

Had no effect on me whatsoever, despite cancelling subscription multiple times they keep sending me the tablets and charging different cards, 2 failed Royal mail collection return attempts and refusal to refund - apparently I should be doing their work for them - Amazon customer support predictably woeful.

Wow! only on day three of these and I cannot tell you the difference these have made.I have been suffering from chronic gas and a very noisy tummy for around eight months now. It was was so bad it was interrupting my sleep and it also made me so self conscious that I didn’t want to leave the house.After visiting the doctors they put it down to IBS and prescribed Buscapan which didn’t help at all. I tried all over the counter products and nothing helped, I really didn’t know what to do.After doing some research I came across these and thought they were abit pricey but I was willing to try anything.Oh boy these are worth every penny, they have really given me my life back.I will definitely carry on taking these, just one easy to swallow tablet per day.Thank you Bettervits!
