From my wife: I was taking ritual’s pre, pro, and postbiotic for a while and they were working well for me but the price was quite steep after the initial discounts ran out. I decided to search for an alternative and this one was suggested by many. The only con to these over Ritual’s multivitamin is the taste. I wish these were also minty! Otherwise, I’ve had good success with these vitamins. There were no side effects from switching and my gut health is much improved. I was constantly bloated and having stomach aches before taking probiotics and have seen much improvement. Would highly recommend!

Great product. Definitely works! If you've ever had moments where your ph has been thrown off (the dreadful bv) by your partner I recommend taking these probiotics along with treating your infection. These work wonderful and can be taken without food. I take mine first thing in the morning before breakfast. I have noticed that my ph is stable and is no longer thrown off after being intimate. I just received my second bottle.

I really love these probiotics. I started with the 40 billion CFU, then moved up to the 50 billion once daily CFU, and every time the results just kept getting better and better. Now I’m trying this one, and honestly, I’m impressed. It’s cheaper but comes with way more benefits than the regular 50 billion CFU. Just based off my past experience, this product is just good, and I’m happy to be using this one. It’s best to take it on an empty stomach when you first wake up. when I do, I feel so energized and just more active overall.

Excellent product

Not sure if it’s this product or a combination of this and something else but there’s been no other probiotic that has made such significant GI changes in a wonderful way. Overall I feel great after taking daily for the past week and I really hope it continues to work. I am so glad I came across and gave it a try as I’ve tried others but this is the first where I can feel real results.
