Does this have the dna sticker for the jurassic workd app?

Don't believe so, I think the Amber Collection dinosaurs are excluded from the Jurassic World App

Could this be displayed to have a 6 inch humaniod figure riding her back?

Works better for the raptors in the line but not impossible. More on its shoulders than the back.

Could this be displayed walking on the ground like you see in jurassic park iii when dr. grant kicked the pteranodon in the beak?

Eh maybe with help from outside sources, the wings don’t really fold up very well they are always extended for flight
