Themisto TH-M61 Digital Vernier Calliper (0-150MM/6")

The tool is quite good; sometimes the calibration gets off by 0.01 mm when the mouth is closed, but after calibration, it works fine again. The slide is not loose but sturdy, and the maximum reading is around 155 mm. The display is also clear. I also received a cell and a screwdriver inside the box.

Awesome quality, used for a week or so and it's been a pleasant experience so far, was suprised that even the housing of the electronics or measuring part or whatever its called is also made of metal, so yeah good quality worth the price

Such an amazing precise product. I had the plastic version of this caliper but the readings would differ every time. This one is made completely of metal. The top frame looks like plastic in the pictures but thats metal too. If you are a wood worker or any other worker who needs this equipment I totally recommend this product. dont buy the other plastic ones available in the market, you will eventually end up buying this one anyway.

This instrument is a marvel within the price range. The entire body is of hardened S.S., even the operating buttons. The facia and the cover of the battery compartment is of good PVC material. Accuracy is definitely within the tolerance limit. Crispy and clear display. I definitely recommend this beautiful product, for others to purchase.

Don't waste your cash on this. I've used this Themisto digital vernier caliper for over 6 months and it's been a disappointment from week one. What you're actually buying: a generic Chinese caliper with "Themisto" stamped on it. There's nothing proprietary, nothing engineered, nothing that justifies the brand markup. Same thing sells for half the price on AliExpress without the sticker. Two dealbreakers: 1. Inconsistent accuracy. - Measure the same object three times, get three different readings. For a measuring tool, that's not a flaw — that's a failure of the entire purpose of the product. I can't trust a single number it comes up with. 2. The OFF button is a lie. - Press it, the display goes blank for 5-6 seconds, and then it switches itself right back on. So even when the caliper is sitting in my drawer untouched, it's silently chewing through the battery. I've replaced batteries at an absurd rate because there is no actual way to power this thing down. Whether that's broken firmware, a faulty circuit, or just lazy design — it doesn't matter. The product literally cannot be turned off. Build quality is cheap plastic, the jaws have play in them, and the slider doesn't glide smoothly. For precision work, this is unusable. For rough hobby measurements, you're still better off with a manual caliper that doesn't lie to you and doesn't eat batteries while it sleeps.

I am not a professional calliper user but iam very happy with this caliper. The body is fully metal, and even the 3 control switches are made of metal, which feels premium and durable. The accuracy is great, and it works smoothly for both internal and external measurements. Definitely a value-for-money tool for precise measurements.
