Does this remove freckles???

I very much doubt it, didn’t touch the dark spots.

Does this work well on People of Colour? Or only for those with fairer skin?

I am white skin and did not notice any difference but perhaps did not use it consistently enough.

Does this work on the décolleté area?

No it does not do anything to lift any pigment

Does this product contain kojic acid?

I don’t know I returned concealer as it seemed almost empty to me
