Is this made with sugar?

No sugar on ingredients, just caramel color and sulfites.

It doesn’t say if it’s gluten free. But here’s the number 1-800-247-5251

Does it have any flavor? Or is it just color?

It’s mildly bitter. I personally use it for fruit cake with rum.
