100 days of money management (U.S. currency), consumer math, and personal finance concepts. Fundamental skills for teens and young adults (ages 12 to 18+). Answer key included. Earning Money Spending Money Managing Money Compound Interest Simple Interest Credit & Debt Banking, Savings & Loans Sales, Discounts, & Taxes Term Loans & Mortgages Saving & Investing Business Basics Review: This was a great workbook for my 7th grader! - Last year we decided to homeschool our 7th grade, autistic, dyslexic, ADHD son. We decided to go with this consumer math curriculum and I'm so glad we did! This was very well put together for the parent who is not a teacher and just learning the homeschool ropes. It kept my son's attention, did not overwhelm him (or me!), and I was truly satisfied with what he was learning. He's very good at math and he didn't struggle with the lessons yet I'm confident he learned something new from them. The problems were very real life orientated and I felt it was grade level appropriate. And again, it was very well written for the teacher/parent as well as for the student as it explained exactly how to go about teaching the material vs just a book of worksheets. I highly recommend! Review: This book is a good one! Don't hesitate to get it! - Bought this for my son so I can teach him how to be rich. He will have no excuse when he grows up because I've taught him about money and finances. I can remember the days I learned things in school that I never had to use in the real world. If only I could turn back time I'd find a way to be a rich woman.

Good for high school students
Very useful but not for use in sped classroom. Quickly moves to percentages, interest and higher level than my students could do.

Good Book
Bought this for my grandaughter, age 16. Single mother, high school junior and holding a part time job. I felt she needed the advice I didn't get at her age. This book will the first of many.Perfect for a beginner.

Too many words, overwhelming for my students
While the skills are important, I found that the pages were so packed with words that it would be too overwhelming for my students to even look at. It would be helpful for each page to have less content, maybe spread out so each page is two instead?

Straightforward helpful info
This book was manageable for the time we had allotted in the schedule to use daily. It is useful and practical info.

Great book
Teaches lots about percentage, interest, taxes, discounts, and much more, using decimals, fractions, division, plus, and minus. Contains tons of easy to understand methods and examples of how to do calculations for jobs, investments, etc. Great book, especially also for this incredibly low price. Highly recommended.
