Worth the buy
I was dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety and this one pill kept me calm immediately. A good buy and there is not a lot of fillers or ingredients. A plus for me

"Like a relaxing glass of wine" for calm and focus, but without alcohol!
This L-Theanine has been a wonderful help in recent weeks for myself and my wife. I mentioned it recently when we had some very stressful life situations come up that added a great deal to our anxiety. Within 30 minutes of the first time trying it, my wife said "I feel so calm, almost like I've had a relaxing glass of wine" but the best part was it's alcohol (and calorie) free! I've tried the Smarter Vitamins caffeine and L-Theanine paired together and have both sources of L-Theanine to great for improving calmness and focus without bogging the mind down or dealing with hangovers and chemical dependency fears. Really reduces the intensity of anxiety and helps to turn jitters into focus when paired with caffeine. We're both very happy. She uses 1 capsule in the morning and adds another later in the day is needed, or to help ease her racing mind in the evenings. We're using it in part to get a sense of what calm should look like as we develop mental and behavioral coping strategies that are healthy and effective in addition to supplementation. This has also taken the pressure off of pursuing an anxiety medicine since it has worked so well during our short-term attempts at alternatives.
