I love how easy it is to control your dosage. I have tried other magnesium pills that work great but if I don't have 9 hours to dedicate to sleep I feel sluggish the next day. With these sometimes I will take only 1 chew when I only have time for let's say 6 hours of sleep. After taking MegaFood Relax magnesium I get the deepest sleep. I feel refreshed the next morning. My mind feels clear! No more brain fog! These also taste amazing. I use them as a dessert right after dinner. I was worried the "grape" taste would remind me of that awful childhood tylenol "purple" flavor. Not these!

I am 45, but have been experiencing Perimenopause symptoms for about 2 years. I have other health issues, so I just assumed that those were side effects of my other conditions. I chose the Grape Chews, and I am so happy with the results thus far! I ordered and received these on a Wednesday, and immediately started taking them. The recommended dose is 2 chews, once per day. You can split them up and do 1 in the morning and 1 at night, but I have chosen to take both of them after my evening meal. As I write this review, it is Sunday evening and I have already noticed some good results. A bit of deeper sleep. Not feeling so anxious. Legs definitely not feeling as crampy. As with most supplements, the anticipated timeframe for the full effect to surface is generally around 4-6 weeks, so I am glad to see that my body is already responding well to this supplement. Magnesium can be tricky, because it often causes undesired side effects in the stomach, such as nausea or diarrhea. But I knew with choosing Megafood that this was going to be a really well rounded formula that had minimal to no side effects. I have had some loose stools and a few headaches, but nothing overwhelming or completely bothersome. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Megafood as a company. I’m not sure if these help with getting tired, but they taste really good, so I like them. The only reason I’m not going to stick with these is the sugar content. They’re too sugary. But if you want a kid to take magnesium, these should do the trick.
