So far so good like the other comments say there is minor fabricating based off what type of role up door you have but other than that pretty straightforward installation!

Bought three of these and here is the key BEFORE you buy. It is very likely that you will have to modify or make a new bracket to facilitate this opener. What is important is that you measure the outside diameter of the support tube that runs through the middle of your door. These openers on Amazon all look alike but the pass through hole on the opener may not be the correct size for your door so check it out. Knowing how to weld and having a welder is a plus when you need to modify the brackets. I am sure you can work it out with a bolt on approach but whatever you do, keep in mind the bracket has to support the door without fail. Make it strong. If fabricating isn't your strong suit, tap a buddy on the shoulder who has these skills and can help out. I made a good template of the opener driver which worked great when trimming the rolling supports on all three doors. There are various design of these supports so maybe you'll need to trim it and maybe not. Yes, the instructions were written by a foreigner and translated into English, but I recommend just sitting down with those instructions until you got a good handle on them and write your own instructions. They will only be two or three sentences long. It really is quite simple and will save time when you are doing the final programming. On the plus side the transmitters are amazingly good. I can open my door from way down the street and even around the corner. Downside is, they won't program to your car or keypad... at least to mine they wouldn't. I have had them installed for a few months now and have been through 3 or 4 power outages and haven't had to touch any of them. Hope this continues into years but if it doesn't I'll be back with an update

No instructions were sent and not sure how to reset the programming. The door open only goes up and won’t go in the down position. Anyone else having the same issue and if so how to you reset it?

So far so good. Had it a few months on an 18’ wide 12’ high roll up and Havnt had any issues. Had to modify the door drum but seams like that’s the case in many instances. Would definitely buy again

I looked at a ton of these same openers before this purchase. All of them are about $100 less. I got this one because this picture seems to show some sort of "adapter" that would help it fit on different types of door ends. They were not included. So what is this image for? The hubs had to do some fabrication and got it installed and it works pretty well. He did mention it probably needs some small weights. For the other door opener I will definitely go with the less expensive version since they are exactly the same product.

Excellent product for the price....using opener on a 14x12 door. Made cardboard template to be able to use on sheet metal ended door.....took 10 min tops to modify door to accept opener....NO weights needed on larger commercial door that is balanced as opener directions describe. Instructions are a bit confusing and come with automatic closing turned on from factory.......u must set lower limit first then upper limit.......once u fumble threw confusing setting Instructions it works great 👍 very quiet unit

Works great easy to program

Setting up up down travel I cannot get it to work on the lower setting the instructions are very unclear how to set this. I tired: customer support no help. I guess I’ll try to figure it out on my own or return it. I got it to work finally set up instructions still not clear. Just take your time.
