I’ve been using this with my problem cats for about a month now and I can safely say that so far I’m seeing results. When three of my cats started showing signs of urinary distress all around the same time it was tough trying to figure out what was the exact problem. With the help of my veterinarian we had to go through a process of elimination to determine the cause of the sudden blockages etc. I had to change their chow to a brand sensitive to kidney issues, go back to the old litter they were using and also add water to their food. At one point I had stopped giving them wet food twice a day and only gave them at night but I also had to reverse that and give them twice a day. When I realized those changes still weren’t bulletproof, I started adding these drops to their food and it had been a game changer in their urinary output. One in particular still gets crystals and I see blood in his urine every so often but it takes a lot less time for him to pass them with these drops. I’ve also seen a lot more urine output from that cat in particular. It really stresses me out when they aren’t well but I am thankful that these drops are showing signs of working. It’s a bit of an expensive investment but after trying another brand with no real results, I would definitely keep purchasing this brand. All of the instructions are on the bottle which makes dosages easy and it does have a slight smell but my cats don’t seem to mind it. They eat all of their food with no issues.

This is “Liquid Gold”. My cat was suffering pain, irritation and swelling from crystals in her bladder which she had a very difficult and painful time urinating and was pulling out her fur on her stomach. She was seen by the vet who prescribed prednisolone every few weeks and as soon as she completed the round of meds, she again suffered from the irritation from the crystals. I came across this treatment. With patience and approximately 6-8 weeks of giving this to her twice a day, knock on wood, she has had normal urine output, for a year now and has regrown the stomach fur!! So happy I found this…thus alleviating the trip to the vet, high vet bills and the need to give her steroids. She takes it like a champ. I just tell her to look at mama, and smile. She opens the side of her mouth and just squeeze the liquid from the dropper in. I would recommend this to anyone whose kitty had difficulty urinating properly. I wish I knew about this years ago, as I had a cat who actually needed PU surgery for the same issue. Much less expensive than vet visits, stress and surgery to correct.

It really works. My baby boy wasn't able to pee for a while and he kept crying and would even growl. I felt so bad. So I bought him this. And he finally peed, for the first time in... Idk... but it had been a while.... Though it works, I'm giving it 4 stars 🌟. Since I've been giving this to him, he's unable to hold his pee in and doesn't make it to the litter box. So he ends up peeing everywhere.... if it wasn't for that, I'd definitely give this 5 stars ✨️ .

My cat got urinary blockages a couple of times. The vet at the emergency clinic told me I needed to agree to PU surgery (where they would mutilate his male anatomy and then send him home for a long, miserable recovery) or consider "putting him down." But I'm stubborn! Obviously the vet's prescription cat food wasn't preventing the blockages. And it bugged me that the stuff was full of corn and rice. So I took him off that, started giving him better quality food, and started giving him Urinary Gold. That was nearly 6 months ago and so far he hasn't had any more urinary issues!!

I haven’t used this yet but I did take it to my own medical doctor and he read the ingredients and said that it is just fine to use. I’m nervous about what I give my babies so I just wanted to give you heads up on what my doctor said. He said it’s all natural ingredients and safe. I will say this, I’ve had a cat who has has two crystal urinary blockages, we got him on antibiotics and the first time it seemed to help, however the second time seemed more agressive as he was crying loudly in the night, peed crystal urine and at some point started peeing blood. It was one of the most intense things I have ever experienced but I bought this on a whim that maybe it might help out and let me tell you ! It did . I’m not saying that this alone saved my baby but it definitely helped because after the round of antibiotics he was peeing blood ams crystals and it took about 4 days or so for this to really take affect. I was a broke college student having panic attacks thinking my baby wasn’t going to make it but he did. His energy came back up and he wasn’t peeing outside the litter box anymore. I did change his diet to a urinary tract wet food diet (purina) I gave him 5 drops with 10 ml of water, then gave him another 10 ml of water during the middle of the day and at night have him another 5 drops (he’s 10lbs) with 10 ml of water. All while still adding water to his wet food. Trust me I was desperate hoping something would save him and this definitely helped. Anytime I notice anything small that may raise concern I make sure to buy this asap just to attack it before it becomes a problem especially when it comes to male cats Make sure you consult with doctor, if you were broke like me I went to Dutch an online vet clinic where you get help asap . I was up at 12 am panicking thinking my baby wasn’t going to make it but he did. Obviously if you don’t know what’s going on take your pet to an emergency vet hospital. UTI’s in pets are VERY SERIOUS AND LIFE THREATENING But Dutch the online vet clinic helped me speak with a doctor about his issue and I was able to speak to someone within 2 hours and was able to get my cats antibiotics (this isn’t a paid sponsorship but for anyone who was in my position scared about my pet’s well being trust me this is so beneficial to have and you do have to pay a monthly subscription but it’s not expensive at all)

I have a male cat that developed some lightly bloody urine recently. I have 4 rescue cats & determined it was him b/c he had the "toothpaste plug" ( I know,WHAT?.. I discovered the term/condition during my internet researching) come out of his ureter that is due to crystals in the urine when the Ph is off apparently, common more in males too.He never strained or seemed to be in any discomfort but I wanted to stay ahead of this issue & try something before it turned into a "Damn, why is it always on the weekend at 3am emergency vet trip"! So I've been putting the 5 drops into his bisque that he gets daily w/ his Lysine & probiotic and he gobbles it right up, no taste aversion here. It's been about a week & I can say so far no more signs of blood tinged urine or toothpaste plugs...YAY...I gave this 4 stars due to the short duration of use but I'm pretty psyched so far with the results! Overall I'd say give it a try if your kitty has bladder issues ,seems to do be doing the trick:) UPDATE= I had to up the dosage to 7-10 drops per day mixed in his Bisque(you can mix anything in those Bisque pouches & they'll eat it up!) anyway, he had a bloody pee breakthrough after a couple of weeks...I think this stuff might take some cat's a month or so to reach max. improvement though..so far no more bloody urine again & started giving it to all my cat's as preventative

I was on the fence between urinary gold by Wellness or a urinal support from Prana. I went with Wellness and regret my decision. This must have flavor added because my cat wants nothing to do with this product. I've tried putting on dry food, tuna, wet cat food and cat treats. All left in the bowl. I've had success with Prana Respiratory Support. There is no flavor and my cat eats everything I put it on..it has really helped with her asthma. So I'm going to try Prana to help kitty with her uti situation.

Absolutely useless for my cat. Also he hates it and don’t eat any food with those drops

We have had our cat on numerous antibiotics for a urinary problem and they never worked. Our vet would also take numerous expensive tests each time when they do not work. The last time a different anti-antibiotic did not work, they said it must be because our cat needs to be on it longer. I said enough I'm not doing this anymore. My husband said we should try this product although I was skeptical but I decided it was worth a try. I noticed over time her peeing issues started to be less frequent and now I can not remember the last time she had a urinary problem. This is the first time a natural remedy actually worked! Please give this a try, it lasts a crazy long time (we still have not finished our first bottle) because you only use just a tiny amount. I love that this tiny amount can be syringed into her mouth without food. My cat is old and finicky even if we get the food she loves there is no guarantee come medicine time that she will eat. She eats when she wants and no favor of food is going to change that. That gave giving her antibiotics in the past very difficult. I had to wet moist cat food and try to suck it up in a syringe to force-feed her. A difficult thing for both of us and now I no longer have had to resort to that! Then to find after I put her through that it did not work again. Try this product when vets have not been able to help you.

We love this product for keeping our little girl kitty cat healthy. We just put 5 drops on her food morning and evening and she doesn’t mind it at all.

I ordered this product and it was sent to me promptly!!. I've only just bought the Wellbeing Urinary Gold for cats supplement! if its anything like the brands previous supplement for kidneys, then I have high hoped because its saved my 20yr old cats life. Not sure if the design/packaging ingredients is different from my previous order but for kidneys but its from the same brand ( i didn't keep the last bottle to compare as its empty). But So far my elderly cat has not urinated everywhere and has her appetite back shes not howling as much either, so im sure its doing something good to my cats health to help her. However my younger cat has sediments in his bladder and ive told the vet I'll be using this Urinary Gold for him and she approved it along with his new Urinary stress metabolic diet food, to clear him up before the sediments turn into acid crystals that cause serious kidney problems, this is why I wanted to buy this to help him also. I will wait and see next time I next take him for his next check up fingers crossed! Yes its pricey but its better than a £600 vets bill which is what it cost me a few days ago before i bought this product! only to find out my boys bladder is inflamed and its worse for male cats. So save yourself the troubles and purchase this if your cat is not eating, urinating little, behavioral problems, drinking alot, because cats generally dont drink as much, of course you're cats could have other underlying health issues, which you got to get them looked at by a vet in anycase. before you do treat them to this, observe them and see how they get on. Wanted to wait at least a week to see how things go. Things are much better, so grateful! When a similar issue like this happened last year to Lokis brother Hyki, we came close to $1000 vet bill all for them to sedate Hyki to which he pee'd finally. Loki for 5days prior to these meds was still able to pee but it was such small amounts, just the size of a dime most times. I couldn't afford to go through another big vet bill, came here, read reviews and researched, things sounded like it would help. It did! Very thankful Loki is back to pee'ing better. I started him off on 7drops cuz he's over 10lbs and now after a week I have him on 5 drops, twice a day still. He's eating better, drinking more water and able to go to the litter box and not struggling for 5mins or more. Glad I came here. Thank you everyone for your feedback! Now I am waiting for the bowel meds from the same company to help Hyki as he's been having a hard time the last 3days.
