We bought one of these last year for our RV. It is fantastic! Well secured on the wall with the glue provided, dispenses soap as needed, and looks very nice. Absolutely love it, so purchased one for home while we were away for the Summer in our RV. When we got home early October we immediately put up our new one, but it doesn't work. It will dispense a tiny bit of soap only once in a great while. We did everything the same way as the first to install it. Unfortunately, it is past the 30 days to return. We had even thought about getting a third one, once we got home, but I am afraid that the consistency of receiving ones that work may be unreliable. If you get one that works, you will love it's performance. If not, hopefully you can return it within the time frame. I would have given this product 5 stars, and would still have if I could have returned the second one, because I understand there are deffects sometime. But the fact that I am stuck with one that doesn't work makes me an unhappy customer.

sensor not working alway problem

I’m so disappointed, this worked great for 2 days! And then it just stopped working, no soap comes out at all no matter what I do! I put holes in my wall thinking this was going to be a great new addition to my bathroom and now I’m stuck with a dispenser that doesn’t function! I tried everything from cleaning it out to changing batteries, it just doesn’t work! Totally not worth it! If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

I love the appearance, but it stoped working after only a few months. Of course it’s past the return window, so I have to shell out more money to replace.

This item turned out to be a disappointment. The sensor worked intermittently and required powering the unit off then on again for it to work. The unit looks very good but my only option was to return it.

I wanted a FOAMING soap dispenser, which this item title states it is, AUTOMATIC FOAMING..... I bought foaming soap, installed the unit and filled the reservoir. Upon test use, I was sprayed in my eye by the soap due to the unit NOT FOAMING and the fact that the injector pump can be used to power wash your deck! The unit is good looking, but DEFINITELY does not perform as I would hope and I will probably return it. It worked way better with thicker liquid soap, but that's not the reason why I bought this dispenser. Way to powerful and way to much soap dispensing. Holds quite a bit of liquid, but the way it dischargers soap, it won't last long before you are refilling it. To bad!

I bought two of these, unfortunately. I did not reach out for help, and I did not return, or maybe I could have issues resolved. That said, one of the two never worked, the one that did work was very, very finicky despite my following instructions carefully, then it too stopped working. Yes, I tried fresh new batteries, because during the short time the one did work, though not very well, it quickly ate through the 4 X AA batteries; so used up the first batteries just trying to get it to work which it did at times, I’d say maybe 1 out of three times I tried. It was never a functional source of soap. I mean you definitely couldn’t count of jumping into the shower, and jumping out, clean, and ready to take on the world again. No, you’d better have your backup soap ready…it was a cool idea, and I wished at least one of my two had worked…disappointed, but I am partly to blame, because I never asked the seller for help.😩

This was an awesome addition to our bathroom. Easy to mount, easy to fill, easy to use. It’s not huge and ugly, it doesn't go off when it’s not supposed to and drip on my floors. Having a hand pump on our tiny sink was annoying, now I’m not fumbling around with it every time I try to turn the sink on. The soap is up and off my sink and it looks great! 10/10 I want more for every room.
