What you’re getting here, for the cost, absolutely destroys competitors. This multivitamin covers lots of bases. Common vitamins, “superfoods”, probiotics, adaptogen blend. It truly is a powerhouse of a vitamin. To get all of this separately you’ll be buying about 10 different vitamins/supplements and spending a lot more. I want to note, that “vitamins” aren’t just vitamins. They aren’t all equal. There are many forms of each vitamin, and their bioavailability differs extremely. In this product you’ll find methylated b vitamins, which makes them much more useful for your body. Other forms might pass right through and not be properly absorbed. As for taste, there is almost none. Any slight smell or taste is not a problem at all, and I’m usually sensitive to foul tastes. The size of the capsule is normal and easy to swallow. All in all, I’m very happy with this vitamin, and I’ve tried many vitamins and supplements. I do feel that it works. Especially if I stop taking it for a month, and then take it again. That’s when you can really tell it’s been working. The cost for the product can not be beat. Highly recommend.

I have been thinking of writing this review for long, but never had the time. This is going to be long. My hair was falling a lot, and people saying that was normal.. I thought, nope it cant be. Im 59 years old, pretty healthy and fit. People dont believe my age. Im also a dietitian. I thought about my diet and I realized that I was’t eating enough Vitamine B, because i had cut rice and pasta from my diet. I was eating lots of salad, very colorful to get aa much nutrients as I could, but completely forgot about the rice, in which we found most of the vit B in total. It was when I dis some research and found this one. In last than 2 months taking this product, my hair reduced falling in HALF! I was very surprised and excited about that. Meaning I was right. I was low in Vit B and probably other nutrients as well. Believe me, the amount of hair on the bat tube was so much that I was not able to see the drain cover in the bat tube. Im going through the 3rd bottle and very, very little of my hair is falling. Also my nails got stronger! I always noticed some texture on my nails, but thought was normal, but after this multi-vitamin, this also had improved. I really recommend this product! But please understand that Vit A,D, E and K are absorbed in fat. Meaning that you have to take any vitamin during or after a decent meal. The other vit are soluble in water. It really worked for me and I will keep on buying this product.
