This will handle being carried in a pocket with no damage to the pages. It is a bit expensive compared to others probably due to who makes it more than anything else.

The paper quality is very good.

I’ve bought 2 hardcovers, and 1 softcover. I prefer the hardcover version because it lends surface support for when traveling.

Smaller then I thought

Smaller than I expected or wanted. Disappointed but it is a good brand and good quality. It was delivered quickly as well.

Great size, and very durable. Small enough to fit in the back pocket of mens jeans, but big enough to actually draw, and it's got plenty of pages. The elastic band is still going strong. I've had it for about six months and taken it with me everywhere and it still looks good.The paper is ivory and pretty smooth, great for pen and ink, with just enough tooth for pencils. It works great for ink and a light watercolor wash. I've even done some wet on wet, and the paper held up fine, but it's not the ideal type of paper for full watercolor paintings. I've also painted both acrylic and gouache, and it worked fine.But it's really meant for pencil and ink and that's where it's great, especially when it only costs a few dollars.The paper pretty thick, I can use pencil on both sides, and fountain pen ink just bearly shows though on the other side, but if I have big blotches if solid black, it shows through enough that I don't usually use that page. And I can erase as many times as I want without tearing the paper.For larger sketchbooks I like spiral bound books, but the hardcover works great for this take anywhere book, I can even draw in my lap or standing up, if I wanted. Works great for urban sketching or any time you don't want to draw a lot of attention to yourself.

beautiful bound sketch book for those special drawings you want to keep forever... lovely item and a great price! excellent quality art paper and i think it might be leather but not sure... either way its a great sketchbook! 5/5!

Fab little notebook, really nice

Really good sketchbook, great for drawing little doodles and ideas. Though I wouldn't recommend using promarkers or paint in them. I will be buying more

Daughter loves to draw on the go.

It came with a crack in the binding on the cover page, haven't used it yet but was disappointed that it was only A6, I thought that it was A5 (my fault for not looking at the small print product details I suppose) so in fact its rather expensive for its size and quality
