How often do you supposed to use it?

I use it to replace breakfast and dinner. Technically you are suppose to replace 2 of your regular meals with a shake and only eat one regular meal a day.

How much water per serving?

I don't use any kind of milk, I use 8oz. Of cold water with a 1/2 cup of ice , which makes my shake nice and cold with thickness. The water doesn't take away the rich taste of the vanilla .Sometime I add 1/2 banana, or about 5 or 6 strawberries when I have them but mostly I drink it as is .I hope this help but everybody taste is different.

how many servings in one container?

12 servings. I suppose that isn't much, but I just use it once a day for lunch.

Do you mix the diet mix with milk and what kind of milk?

PROTEIN KEEPS MY MARRIAGE GOING IN THE SACK

Great . Although i was Hungry Non stop It says 4 hours Hunger stop. I call BS on that. I was starving. But waited. Being on a diet sxucks. Oh well.. stil good protein. Small though. You might want to get a BIG one. This is two small but came in 2 count

Tastes Like Drinking Cake Batter - AMAZING

Slim Fast has come a long way in improving the taste of their shakes. I used to drink them for protein supplements back in the day. But, at best, I tolerated the taste. I tried this smoothie mix, and WOW. When mixing it with milk, it really tastes like drinking cake batter. I love all of the extra vitamins in it, as well. I'm a huge fan now, and look forward to adding this to my daily line-up.

Very tasty

I love these when my local store stop selling this flavor I didn't know what to do. Luckily I was able to find them here. I like the flavor, not to overwhelming, and blends well in shakes. I don't have any digestive or stomach issues after consuming. I usually have this with a meal and it keeps me full for a while with the high protein.
